Acquiring players for the league:

We're actively recruitkng and registering players who are capable of competing at a pro level.

Placing players with teams in the AVL:

Once players are in our system, we work on matching them with the right team/city, making sure teams are balanced, competitive, and a good fit for each player.

Interviewing coaches:

We're meeting with prospective coaches who can lead, develop, and inspire our teams. Our goal is to bring in coaches who understand both the game and the culture we're building.

Looking for emcees:

We're searching for energetic, engaging emcees to host events, keep the crowd involved, and help bring the league atmosphere to life on game days.

Building packages for clubs:

We are putting together partnership and participation packages for clubs, giving them structured ways to be involved in the league and benefit from everything we're creating.

All of this work is about building a professional, exciting, and well organized league experience for players, coaches, clubs, and fans.
